1. Purpose
These Community Guidelines explain the standards expected when using ViralMMSVideo and describe categories of conduct and content that are not permitted.
These Guidelines should be read together with ourTerms & Conditions,Content Safety,Privacy Policy, andReport Abuse page.
ViralMMSVideo does not currently provide a general public upload function. Content displayed on the Platform may be collected, processed, reviewed, organized, or published through authorized processes and sources.
2. Adults Only
ViralMMSVideo is intended only for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority applicable to you in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access or use the Platform.
You must not access or use the Platform if you are under the required age in your jurisdiction.
Sexual content involving minors and material facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited.
3. Lawful Use
Users must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Do not use ViralMMSVideo to facilitate, promote, organize, or participate in criminal or otherwise unlawful activity.
Content or conduct that violates applicable law may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.
4. Consent & Privacy
Respect the privacy, consent, image, likeness, and other rights of people depicted in or affected by content.
The following are not permitted:
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- intimate material distributed without required consent;
- private or sensitive material published without authorization;
- unauthorized use of another person's likeness;
- impersonation or manipulated material used to harm or deceive a person; and
- other serious privacy violations.

5. Prohibited Content
The following categories of material are prohibited:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- sexual content involving minors;
- sexual exploitation of minors;
- trafficking or exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- unlawful sexual deepfakes or synthetic intimate material;
- unlawful privacy violations;
- content facilitating criminal activity;
- malware, phishing, fraud, or malicious software;
- unlawfully obtained personal information; and
- other material prohibited by applicable law.
Credible reports involving prohibited material may result in removal, restriction, investigation, or other appropriate action.
6. AI-Generated & Manipulated Material
Digital editing, synthetic media, and artificial-intelligence technologies may be used to create or modify material.
Technology does not make otherwise unlawful material acceptable. Unlawful synthetic material, including material depicting minors or unlawful non-consensual intimate imagery, is prohibited.
If manipulated material depicts you without appropriate authorization or consent, report it promptly through the Report Abuse process.
7. Copyright & Rights
Respect intellectual-property rights. Do not knowingly submit, distribute, or facilitate unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

Copyright complaints should identify the protected work, the relevant material and URL, and enough information to evaluate the claim.
8. Respectful Conduct
Users should communicate and interact responsibly.
Do not use the Platform to threaten, harass, intimidate, stalk, impersonate, defraud, or deliberately target people with harmful conduct.
Good-faith criticism and lawful disagreement are not, by themselves, violations of these Guidelines.
9. Security & Abuse
Do not attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform.
- Do not deploy malware or malicious software.
- Do not conduct phishing or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Do not intentionally interfere with Platform operations.
- Do not use automated activity to abuse or disrupt the service.
Security concerns should be reported promptly so they can be investigated and addressed where appropriate.
10. Reporting Violations
If you believe material or conduct violates these Guidelines, applicable law, privacy rights, consent requirements, or our other policies, please report it.
A useful report should include:
- the exact URL or other identifying information;
- a clear description of the problem;
- the reason you believe it violates a policy or law; and
- enough information for us to evaluate the report.

11. Moderation & Removal
Where permitted or required by applicable law, we may:
- remove or disable access to content;
- correct inaccurate information;
- restrict access to particular material;
- prevent material from being republished;
- investigate complaints;
- use technical measures to identify previously reported material;
- preserve information where legally required; and
- cooperate with lawful requests from courts or competent authorities.
Automated systems may assist with content discovery, categorization, moderation, or publication, but automated systems can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that every potentially problematic item will be detected before publication.
Good-faith reports may be reviewed and may result in correction, restriction, removal, or other appropriate action.
